The dedicated people that make up Team Aircom are the most important asset we have. Learn about our key people below.


		Colin Harcourt, President Colin completed his welding tech course in British Columbia in 1969 and then began working in the pulp and paper and oil and gas industries. Colin has developed extensive knowledge of welding techniques and processes, particularly for fabrication and instrumentation welding.

		Cathy Heuft, Office Manager Cathy began her career in accounting in 1974 and while working obtained her Business Management Degree through evening courses. Cathy joined Aircom's team in 1993. She is currently responsible for all financial operations and office procedures.

		Stefan Thorsteinson, QA/Operations Manager Stefan started in the instrumentation field as a technician and warehouse manager. He draws from 18 years of experience to assist clients in solving unique and sometimes complex problems that emerge in designing temperature measurement applications.

		Rick Hays, Sales Manager Rick has worked in the instrumentation field since graduating from NAIT in 1994. He joined Aircom in 2001 as an outside sales rep and now oversees the sales department. Rick builds and maintains business throughout BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

		Sean Lavin CET, Territory Manager Sean graduated from NAIT in 2004 and began his career in the instrumentation field. He joined inside sales at Aircom in 2005. Since 2007 he has been responsible for building and maintaining business spanning from Grande Cache to Lloydminster, including Edmonton.

		Corey Winkelmann, Inside Sales Manager Corey started his career in the Instrumentation field after graduating from the two year Instrumentation Engineering Technology Program at NAIT. In 2001 he was hired on at Aircom Industries as an Inside Sales Representative and is now Inside Sales Manager.

		Art Coakes, Welding Shop Manager Art has a broad background with many types of welding. He started his welding apprenticeship in 1977 doing shop repair on heavy equipment. He worked as Maintenance Foreman in a manufacturing firm for ten years and then as a boilermaker welder until 1993 when he joined Aircom.

		Barb Miller, Production Manager - Sensors Barb worked for seven years at an instrumentation company before joining Aircom in 2000. Barb has considerable experience designing custom sensors for unique applications.
